Back & Settled?
We're now "settled", whatever that means, here in MA. Hopefully that means that I'll be more consistant with the blog thing.
Abby has begun her rotation in Lawrence MA. Last week they sent her to a 10 day "spanish bootcamp" so that she can comunicate better with her patients. She really learned a lot, although I can't say I loved not having her around for 10 days!
I'm beginning my work at the church, preparing for seminary, and trying to do what needs to be done so we can be Mass residents. Mass is nuts!
Its been exciting here at the church to see people so hungry for God and loving and delighting in His word! It has really been a blessing for me to see God working in a real way. He is also showing people (including myself) the depths of our sins... to the point where you just run to God becuase we are so inadiquate, and stand in amazement at the grace it takes for Him to save us. God is amazing!
So that is where we are in a nutshell. I'll try to post more about Abby's graduation (now about 2 months old), and eventually I'll post more about our Kenya experience as well as what God is doing and teaching us right know.
